The River rats are a local Rio Vista band that play a variety of songs. Contemporary, classic rock, country and blues. The bass festival is all about having a great time and the River Ratz will certainly deliver the fun.

The stage will be located along the rivers edge in front of Rio Vista City Hall at 1 main street. Local restaurants and pubs will be serving food and drinks. So come on down and bring your chairs, some snacks and favorite beverage if you like.
