BRING YOUR KIDS
Bouncy house, arts and crafts, fun and games!
SEATING:
On the field (A Day on the green) You can bring chairs, umbrellas (on grass only), blankets, ice chest (no alcohol, glass, weapons). There are bleachers as well.
SHADE:
There will be an assortment of EZUP tents, tables & chairs. Limited so be courteous for those that need it
BATHROOMS:
Several portapotties and hand washing stations. No matter where you are at the concert you won’t have to walk far to get to a bathroom.
TRANSPORTATION:
There will be 2 shuttles from Trilogy.
Shuttle will take anyone back to trilogy at any time all day, so coming and going is easy with minimal wait.
WHERE TO CATCH THE SHUTTLE:
2:30 and 6PM at the east side of the Club house at the designated bus stop
9:30pm Shuttle from event back to Trilogy
THE HILL DOWN TO THE FIELD:
There will be a few golf carts To assist people from the top of the small hill to the field for those a little unstable on her feet. Wheel chairs should be fine. There will be security and volunteers to assist if needed!
